So I just got a 7950GX2...

... and I discover that I cannot run my dual screen setup while "SLI Mode" is activated, which effectively cripples my gaming. I suppose I could switch back and forth but I dont think its very convenient.

Is there any plans to enable this or am I stuck having to switch back and forth? Any way around it? I think I'd be content with temporarily disabling one monitor but having to reboot to switch modes does not bode well with me

The newer drivers should let you enable/disable without a reboot. As far as the two monitors running while sli is enabled your SOL. The only other solution is a pci video card to display on the second monitor while sli is enabled.

If you bought a EVGA, you only have to deal with this problem for a few more weaks and then step-up for nearly nothing to an 8800GTS.
