So I just finished Sniper Ghost Warrior for PC

I think it was a very good game. Took me about 6 hours to finish on easy level.

Graphics - good
sound - good
game play- very good

I was actually surprized how good it was for only a 35$ game.

Overall I'd give it 8 out of 10

Edit: Just so you know, I played it @ 1600x1200 all high settings with my overclocked 5750. No slowdowns at all.

I've had my eye on this game - glad to hear it's decent. Although, it must be tough launching a non-AAA title during a Steam sale week. I'm busy with my $15 Bioshock 2 and $15 STALKER CoP, so I'll wait until Sniper (and Transformers) drops in price before I bite.

Its alright...shooting mechanics outside of sniping kinda blow and the world is not open AT ALL...I mean, you see a route that you could take around the enemy camp only to be stopped by fucking INVISIBLE WALLS...like, seriously?

Game is a good sniping game, but over all, as a shooter/FPS...its pretty mediocre...

Where the heck did you get Bioshock 2 for $15? Steam sale? Bump, as I've had my eye on this game. Is Sniper tied to steam or can you resell?

Saw the gameplay graphics on YouTube, looks really good. 6 hours of gameplay seems short though, are there any planned mods for the game? Multiplayer?

gameplay is pretty good. As stated, gameplay mechanics outside of sniping are pretty generic, and I didn't like the invisible walls, BUT, all in all, it's decent and fun to play. I'm about halfway through it and so far, so good. Worth a play through.

lol, IGN gave Ghost Warrior an official rating of " Meh ". Classic. They always harp on games that are to short though.

I personally like this title, I don't have a copy yet but I did manage to play a few scenes at a friends house and the graphics/atmosphere are enough to make the game enjoyable. Somewhat under rated IMO, as a pick up game there's a lot of replay value and sniping with or against friends is of course a blast.

I'm interested in this game, but haven't picked it up yet. Maybe after I finish the 20 other games I bought and never played

I thought it was fairly decent. It's a good game when you're in between playing AAA titles.
