Poor is just a mindset. Money doesen't make you rich. Richness comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Of course money will pay the rent. You're not in college anymore so get a job and prosper. Good Luck.

Look for business opportunities with Quixtar. I have some friends who swear they've become rich pretty quickly although I am skeptical.

not everyone starts out rich. just have a plan on how you want to become wealthy, either through investing, cutting your costs, career path, etc.

There is a lot of wisdom in what farmercal said about poor just being a mindset and wealth coming in many forms. That was quite possible one of the highest quality posts you'll ever see here in OT and you know it. BTW, there's a reason I only took Econ as a minor :beer:

Get a 2nd job, i graduated college last year and work 40 hours during the week and wait tables at night.

So you don't have a career plan right now? At least do something productive while you're sorting out your life priorities: go to grad school. Work as a TA to make ends meet during that time. Meet new friends. Learn new stuff. At the end, you'll have a better degree and (hopefully) you'll have figured out what you want to do.
