My right knee.

It's actually right in back of the knee, right above the cav. I also feel like there might might be a little swelling on the left side front part of the knee, kind of like a knot.

I think this is my 2nd night. It only hurts if I try to use stairs. Though it only really feels bad afterwards for about 20 minutes then goes away and I can walk again.

Maybe a strained hamstring?

*shrugs*

For me, if I had a pain around the knee, I would think it's a pulled groin ;)

ACL strain?

I would likely be in a lot more pain or unable to walk right, no?

I don't think so on a strain. I slightly tore my ACL, with a grade 2 tear on the MCL, and also had a PCL strain at the time (long story short, someone's back went through my knee) and all the pain was coming from the MCL tear except when I was walking up and down steps. Then I felt it exactly where you're describing it.

Great, I hate knees.

I think god started from the head down and got f'ing lazy on the knees.

So I guess an x-ray will uncover most of the obvious problems?

Make a doc appointment...end up going to the hospital anyway for the x-ray. Oh the glory.

What's really weird is that it does not hurt extending or bending the knee either. It's just putting pressure on it when it's bent is when I aggrivate it.

if you don't know enough to know it's not called a cav, then you probably don't know enough on the exercises you are trying.

Without knowing WTF you did how the heck do we know what to tell you?
