And it fucking sucks. So much nasty, goopy discharge I can hardly see. Painful swelling. Combined with a cold so I can't breathe very well either. And the doc says I have to keep on top of desanitizing virtually everything after I touch, lest I risk re-infecting myself repeatedly. It's highly contagious so I'm just have to be a hermit for the next few days.

Bah. First world problems. Anyone here ever have it before?

you haven't lived till that crap shows up in your cattle and you have to run em all thru the squeeze and treat em. Always do the bull last in case he beats the crap out of you trying to get him to run down the shute into the squeeze. At least you'll know all but the bull was treated while the ambulance brings you to the doc!

Pinkeye, had it twice from school as a kid.

Eye drops... I hate eye drops, but it's really no big deal. The medicine for it is really quite effective.
 
I've never had conjunctivitis but my cat did. She has a blue reflection in her eye now, I think she lost some vision from that one.

Yeah, I have the drops. But my eyes are so swollen it's really difficult to get the drops to stay on my eyes. This shit is nas-ty.
 
Getting better, little by little. I can keep my eyes open now-they're still red but not crusted over with green goo at least. The residual cold symptoms are making this twice as annoying (coughing my fool head off, headaches, sore throat, all that BS). But oh well. Back to neffing n sleeping...
