This absolutly sucks, I can't hold a conversation and I sound like I'm dieing

I'm having a party tomorrow night and I wont be able to talk or interact, and worst of all it could last another week! The first week sucked enough, I want this gone

its been over a week now and its still there...I can talk sort of, loud enough for people to hear but it sounds horse and my voice still slips back into a whisper

Sucks, I know. When I was in high school I got it four years in a row, same time every year (February).

Yeah I've had it before, sucks pretty bad. I used to get it when I was a kid a lot. The usual warm drinks like hot chocolate seemed to help a little, and I slept with the humidifier on. It usually was gone in a couple of days or so.
