So I have been using adguard the past few days

I think they are playing up the amount of bandwidth/ads blocked. It claims 110mb bandwidth saved and 3754 ads. Does this seem realistic?

Yep. My AdBlock says it has blocked over 100k ads in the last few months.

The bandwidth claim can't be substantiated though, so it will be an estimate.

Where should I look for blocked contents? I use Adaway.

Select it from the notification menu then select configure

That's about 30KB per ad. Seems reasonable for an average. Some are 15KB images, others are 200KB videos (god I hate those)
