So I have an old OM Olympus Lens

it's a 24mm F2.8 lens for the old Olympus mount. Now, I can use this converter

to get the lens on my E-500. The problem is, the lens says AF on it and actually doesn't have a focus ring. It's kinda ridiculous I know, but I don't see a ring on this lens. Is there any way I can focus this lens? Can I even use it?

What's the exact model of the lens? What does it say on the end of the barrel? Is it a Zuiko?

It just says 24mm Olympus and it's F2.8. It's smaller than the Zuiko lens of the same specs, and lacks a focus ring.

So...just for fun, I tried holding the lens up to the camera and taking pictures. I've gotten some incredibly trippy stuff. I can control focus by tilting and I can let light bleed in as I want. It's like an Holga with complete control.

wow a rare OM AF lens :Q

if you had an OM707 or OM88 it'd be useful. outside of those that lens isn't useful. (the 707 had a grip that had a pop up flash in it!)
