Breasts, over a bed of rice, topped with cream of mushroom soup. Bake covered until fully cooked. :)

Cut them in slices about an inch wide. Mix a bowl of flour and some seasonings. Heat a good chunk of oil enough to cover the whole skillet with about 10th of an inch to 6th of an inch of oil. Put the chicken in the flower then into the hot oil. Cook until brown on all sides or as many hit oil. And 15 mins later you have chicken strips. Put some bbq sauce and your in heaven.

POPPY SEED CHICKEN

4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1 16 oz container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
1 stick snack crackers, crushed
2 tsp poppy seed
1/2 cup butter, melted

Precook chicken breasts in boiling water until thoroughly cooked. Remove breasts from water and let cool (save the broth for other things!)

Tear cooled breasts into bite sized pieces, and put in bottom of casserole dish.

Mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom (or cream of celery) soup and spread on top of chicken. Cover with crushed snack crackers. Sprinkle poppy seed on top. Drizzle melted butter on top.

Place in preheated 350°F oven until warmed through, about 20-25 minutes.

marinade w/ a vinegarette and teriyaki sauce for 1hr. Lightly fill a plate w/ flour and coat both sides of chicken, then pan fry until brown. Goes well w/ white rice.

I immediately thought you invited the Olson twins over for dinner.

Fajitas.... cut into small strips, chop up onion and a pasilla pepper (maybe a jalapeno too if you want it spicier). Sautee onion & peppers. Throw in the meat and as it cooks, try to shred it as much as possible with a wooden spoon or something as its cooking. Season to your liking. Usually garlic, salt and black pepper and lime juice are just right.

Tortillas, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, fresh chopped onions, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese..... YOU'RE GOOD TO GO.

I think that's the first time I've ever heard someone use a 10th or 6th of an inch as a measure.

This is really good and easy, can also add broccoli or use cream of chicken soup instead.
