My dog does that to it?s a dominance thing. She is pwning the other dog. That is all.

She's not doing it for the sex, she's doing it to establish she is the Alpha of the group.

That won't help more the likely.

The dog is showing dominance, some dogs have a tendency to do this, while it may help with male dogs (not always just trying to show dominance, if you get what i mean), it usually won't stop a female dog from doing this.
