If you don't want people getting pissed off then don't spill beer all over the fucking carpet.

I hope not. At least I don't remember one. That's all that counts, right?

So why is the floor sticky?

The kitchen floor was sticky. And there were beer cans sitting on the counter. That is what he wants to "take legal action" over if it is not cleaned up.

Dear Roommate:

I put a note on the door last week to inform you I was having a party. That was the best I could do since (1) you no longer live here; and (2) I have no contact information for you. Kaduffle v. Ginfritter, New Hebrides 98 S. Ct. 273 L. Ed. 2d 750 established that such a notice met the legislative intent of HL 372 (1970) as amended.

Please feel free to pay a lawyer to look up those citations and then tell you you are wasting your time.

In my mind, threatening legal action as an opening move is grounds for a savage beating.
