This is easily doable. My friend had to suck weight for the Navy and managed to cut down about 15lbs in a week and a half.

You will be losing mostly all water weight, so you will be very dehydrated. Basically its a perversion of the Atkins diet where you eat even less carbs, take vitamins, and laxatives.

One thing that I can almost guarantee will cut off a few pounds is if you have an enema done.

you can lose a couple pounds just by doing enema alone?? wtf so there is that much crap left over in your bowels?

My wrestling friends said they saved it for the one time they really needed to lose an extra 2-3lbs during the season.

it's doable with dehydration... once i went to a all-day rock concert festival, and i was right in the front the whole time with no water, extremely dehydrated, and when I got home I just weighed myself for kicks, and I was 8 or 9 pounds lighter.... that was in one day, so I think it's just a matter of how much you dehydrate yourself..

Yeah, it's do-able. I dropped from the 172lb weight class to the 163lb weight class when I was wrestling in high school. I did it in a week. I only had water (not a lot) and about two slices of bread every day... and I was in wrestling practice every day where we'd "run until the coach got tired of watching".

I won the match even after starving myself for a week.

Do-able, yes. Sustainable, prolly not.

Good luck!

BTW, I'm not sure where Poopsville, CA is but I'm in South L.A. PM me if you're close by, and I'll share a pizza with you after weigh in! 😀

not a good idea, but sounds like you don't have much choice.

Didn't you have earlier notice? Why did you wait till the last minute?

I was thinking about that, but the state I'm in right now I might pass out. I'm just aiming for 182-183 by friday.

In-n-Out 4x4 here I come!

Five lbs in three days is pretty good. Weight loss should slow down, but another couple of days you'll be good 🙂

Not sure if anyone recommended it, but forum.bodybuilding.com pre-contest prep forum would be a good place to ask. It's possible to really screw up and put mass on quickly if you do something wrong, so if it's working now do not deviate from it.

I had to drop 10 lbs in a three week period before starting OCS.

Water, hard boiled eggs and 5 miles through the park AM and PM every day.

No sweat (pardon the pun), but had a week to spare.

Was hell going through mid-terms with the stomach growling.

Don't excercise at all either, that will build some muscle and you might put on some weight. I guess the only way to do it is to stop ingesting anything (food or water) on your 9th day.

Exactly how can he put on muscle if he has no food or protein in his diet ?
