ChiefValue should accept this as an RMA, right? I mean the thing is broken clean off, no bending or anything. It almost looks like it was never even attached, like someone just threw it in the anti-static bag along with the card.

My mom is mailing me an old ass PCI card that I left at her house that I can use to run the system until the card comes back (or doesn't).

I assume that they will accept the RMA, but if not I'd like some advice on what to do/say to them in the event that they call me and tell me they won't take it.

Yeah manufacturer RMAs take forever. This is supposedly a 2-3 day turaround. I just sent it priority mail so it probably won't be in Cali until Friday or Saturday so it's looking like Friday of next week until I get it back.

Oh well, Voodoo3 until then! Yay.
