Damn Chicago weather... Had like 8 inches of snow yesterday night and in two days its supposed to be 75.

Got pelted today walking around in downtown... Not fun. People have gotten killed with this stuff before...

For that to happen here someone would have to go to seven 11, buy a bag of ice, take up on the roof and throw it at someone. it's 72 degrees and sunny out.

Last year, close to this time, the wind was so bad, it blew scaffolding off of the John Hancock building, falling onto a car and killing at least one person.

yep. I remember that. Falling glass got blown far enough from the overhead to cleve at least one person into 2 parts.

we have this problem sometime at my apartment building, its 8 stories tall and ice gathers on the balconies up on the top floors and falls down...its kind of cool to watch...but i saw a pretty big piece fall on a tree, which knocked the tree down (the tree was only about 10 feet tall) and the tree fell on a car...i bet that guy was mad

We went to visit my friend in Chicago last summer and he told us all about the icicles (sp?) falling from the buildings in the winter. I can't believe you lived to post about it...
