So I got drunk dialed the other day

This girl from my previous job drunk dialed me. We'd hung out on Friday and I didn't get back till 4am the next morning. She drunk dialed me Monday. Never been on the receiving end of a drunk dial, but I hear its much better to be on the receiving end than the sending end.

Does this mean she likes me? We're going out to dinner later this week, before I go to California. This is a good sign?
