So I got a speeding ticket

$140, 2 point ticket for doing 50 in a 30.....on my way to the gf's house. Aint that some sh*t. And the really f*cked up thing is that I was driving a piece of sh*t pickup truck. An old toyota, 4 speed manual, no air conditioning...and the speedometer doesnt work. So I never know how fast Im going. Then while the cop is in the car checking my lisence and registration, I step out of the car because I didnt feel like sitting anymore, and the cop yells out of his window "please stay in the car!" WTF!

That's possibly a sign that you should learn how to drive, or at the very least watch for the police.
 
You make it sound like it's the cops fault that you have a broken speedometer. Also, you are lucky he asked politely for you to stay in the car; I thought it was common knowledge to stay inside your car when pulled over unless the cop asks you to do otherwise.
 
FYI: Getting out of the car during a traffic stop is a good way to get shot, or drawn down on at the very least.
