So I gave myself a concussion today...

I was apparently dreaming this morning @ 5:00, when I violently head butted our nightstand. I woke up with a fairly deep (but short) cut on my forehead. The cut wasn't so bad, but to prevent excessive bleeding for the remainer of the morning, I put a tiny dab of superglue to bond the skin back together. More worrisome than the cut, however, was the immediate nausea I experienced, and then a few minutes later, hot and cold spells that lasted for a little while. Sleeping didn't completely end the nausea, but I eventually regained my appetite @ 12:00.

That is all; you can now return to your regularly scheduled neffing.

do they use superglue there too? I actually read something about that in one of chuck palahinuck's books (the guy who wrote fight club). Seems to be effective and a lot quicker than waiting for coagulaiton.

Yeah I'd suspect that superglue since it was close to your noggin. Never had a concussion before but it can't be good.

err. I'm talking about 1/2 of one drop that I dabbed with a tiny needle on the top of the two pieces of skin. The cut itself was extremely clean, so after the applying the glue to the two butted up sections of skin, I doubt that would have any signifigant effect.
