I was originally bucking at the idea just because I already have so many cooking gadgets that I hardly use but keep hearing good things about Instant Pots so why not. This model was $99 at Canadian Tire and I figured it might be one of my last chances at a decent deal. Boxing Day is always hit and miss.

Now to learn some recipes. The good thing is they all look fairly simple. The harder part is going to figure out all the ingredients, as most of the time I don't know what any of them even are so have to google each one. Cooking was never my expertise but really want to start eating less take out and pre-made meals.

Looks cool. I use mine as often as I can. Makes cooking chicken so easy. Not to mention stews and roasts.
