I saw him at the Fox here in Detroit. He was great. Came onstage with two girls dressed like the one with the cleavage, one might have been her. Each had dog collars and he was carrying the leashes.

I had forgotten about this video but as I watched it I was noticing the same and thinking this is the "Who's Who" of Hard Rock of the period. Damn that must have been a fun video to shoot.
