I have had g/f's that cheat, and I have cheated.

if you need to you don't need them. end of story. there is no saving the relationship, doing the good deed, etc.

You search out external sex without your partner knowing, then your partner is not for you.

What don't you get? If your partner chooses to wander...that is not really in your control, it's obvious you are the wrong partner for them.

I know of a couple couples that are ok with this thing, 1 likes to talk about it, the other doesn't.

A relationship can include or exclude other partners.

A relationship is not finalized until marriage.
