After 6 years you'd think you'd know this isnt an OT thread.

It doesn't span across both monitors by default. You have some software installed that is doing it for you. Remove it.

I guess it's no big surprise I'm saying WTF to one of his threads, the taskbar doesn't span mulitple monitors in Windows without Ultramon...at least that's why I bought Ultramon, because I wanted my taskbar to span both.

Doesn't span both of my monitors and I didn't have to do anything special. It seems to be the default to span just one.

i used the nvidia nVIEW thingy in nvidia control panel.... so i should just leave that alone, and use windows display properties to do it?

In the nVidia control panel you have to set the settings to have two monitors instead of one (nVidia combines both to make it seem like one) After that it should appear on one monitor.

But they might not know him in other forums...so he couldn't attention whore.

I don't think he realizes there are other forums here...but, he keeps posting his shit in here and nothing happens.

You claim to do onsite IT work but had to post about this?

BS. You obviously don't know jack. Either that, or you're a worthless onsite tech, which is probably true enough.
