So I discovered today that I see different colors out of each eye...

Out of my right eye colors appear slightly lighter and yellow-er than my left eye. Something to worry about?

My eyes are like that too, don't think it's a problem. I'd like to know why that is, though.

I swear, no matter what weird medical condition someone posts on this forum, someone else has it.

I don't think its a medical condition at all, I just went to the optometrist and had nothing out of the ordinary.

You have some stuck pixels. If you still have the receipt, you might want to exchange your eye for a new one, but the new one might be worse... If you can live with it, you might just want to leave it alone, but there is a trick involving a q-tip ...

Similar here. One eye sees a bit blue, and the other one is redder. Never really thought anything of it though. With both eyes open, it looks normal. :)

I think it is more of a backlight leaking issue :p its time to RMA that eye but you might have to pay shipping charges.

btw, did you use your CC...if so, use the protectional plan on your CC if you eye is out of warranty :D

what good is going to optomitrist going to do? Tell you the same thing you already know. Doctors are quacks, why would you need them when you got us here. :p

In this case, yeah, pretty much.

That's really not something that is treatable, and if you don't mind the time/money of going, you may want to go to ensure that nothing is wrong beyond the obvious.

I don't mean to cause a scare, but something like that could be the result of a tumor or something behind your eye, or possibly the early stages of more to come.

Actually, that can be fixed if you adjust your color balance in the Advanced menu. Hopefully you have the rev3 drivers, since before then you couldn't do individual settings...but there's some hacked firmware out that lets you do that, plus unlocks an overclocking menu and the night vision menu.

I noticed this the other day too, actually!

It's pretty bizarre. My dominant eye has a much more yellow tint to it, while the other is more blue.

/searches for the White Balance option in brain

Hell no. I tried using the rev2.9 drivers, and after that, my right eye didn't see anything in the 650-500nm wavelength range. They said that the bug was resolved, but I'm sticking to the stable v2.5 drivers. I hear that there's some kind of wallhack for them too that lets you see through walls, but I don't want to risk my eyes to amateur programmers.
