So I discovered hard cider

More queer beers I guess. Women do love them some cider though so I keep some on hand usually.

One of the favorites is Rekorderlig Pear Cider (their strawberry version most don't care for). It's pricey though at about $5.50 a bottle. Total wine has a $1.99 version that totally to quote a woman "tastes like ass". Sort of wanted to get to know her better, but I am happily engaged

I was recommended Woodchuck Hard Cider as 'woman friendly', I couldn't even give it away.

Guinness does not really taste like anything. Not sure why people are always scared of drinking it, must be the colour. Really it just tastes like thick, creamy water.

Guinness Extra Stout does indeed have a taste...I agree it's different than anything else and for many too heavy/strong.

In my 20's my home gym had a Guinness wall border from labels off my bottles.

I don't advocate lifting and drinking...but even dudes like Arnold and crew used to do it at times.

Over in Europe Rekorderlig is very good stuff. I'd rather just drink beer to avoid getting hangovers though.

I just recommended this brand. Total wine had a tasting not too long ago and so far those that like ciders have loved it.

It's pretty pricey though which is my only reservation. 3 of them are more than most 18 packs of Premium domestic beer and most decent daily 750ml wines.
