No one can seem to reset my password... so I get transferred back and forth between National Help and Columbus Help and finally they come to the conclusion:
"I am sorry, that login no longer exists".
After having an email address for 6 years, the ISP has "LOST" my email address. They said the good news was that "no one" was using that login currently. Then try to say that someone in my family logged in with the master account and deleted them manually. That is a fine theroy and all, but no one in my family new the master account login or password.
I have barely had internet access through them all summer, now this crap:|:|:|
