Apparently dentists can detect this, like how Physical therapists can detect if you're right or left handed based on how your muscles are formed and so forth.
In this case, a pattern of cleaner vs. less cleaner teeth is formed. So my dentist asked me if I was left handed, I said no, but I brush my teeth with my left hand.
She asked, "is that all you do with your left hand," and forgetting where I was with ATOT fresh in mind, I blurted out, "no I whack off with it as well," in a very sarcastic voice.
In the heavy silence that followed, I sheepishly said, "No that's not true, I have a gf..." [I do]
before trailing off.
There was an awkward silence as she polished my teeth.
