So I bought the klipsch promedia 2.1 speakrs from BB for $100

These speakers sound great, especially migrating over from some really crummy labtec speakers that were given to me by my ex-manager ~6 months ago. A couple of my co-workers think its cool, but some think it's just overkill. hehe. My friend just told me that he has a co-worker that has a full 8.1 speaker set at work.

So any of you have any weird outrageous stories of bringing certain entertainment gear to work?

Yeah. I bought a shuttle box for work. My work consists of a couple hours of CS:S, an hour of WOW, some UT2K4, and then the rest of the time I work on my projects or take some lil naps. I work as a sys admin for a web hosting company. BTW, I work at night, so that gives me some leniency.

Most of our computers at my work could be gaming boxes. We do heavy media related work (websites, DVD content, etc).
