It's a little cramped inside and WTF, it has no seats. What a ripoff. :awe:

It's a 1/16 scale Traxxas Mini E-Revo 4WD. I also have an HPI Savage X SS, which is nitro powered. It's twice the size of this little guy. Unfortunately it's a bit too noisy and dirty to take around the neighbourhood park.

Anyone else taking automotive love to the miniature scale? Share your baby whips.

Been years since I had those...wasted too much damned money I didn't have as a teenager!

I had a few..Tamiya TA-02 & TA-03F, Traxxas Nitro 4Tec (original version), Tamiya Wild Willy (original version)...and some other random stuff.

I have an HPI Savage X SS, too. It's great in the snow if you wrap up the electronics in cling wrap. I might have some pictures of it somewhere.

Those Revos always looked really capable, but I've never driven one.

I've got a traxxas slash 4x4. Just put my 3s battery through it's first couple runs. Hilariously fast compared to 2s. Have fun breaking parts.

This is the MIRV, or Mini Revo. They've got a 1/10 scale one too. It comes ready to run and waterproofed.

I've had the Savage for about a year but I haven't really taken it anywhere yet. The engine was giving me a lot of trouble. Now that I got it tuned, I've discovered the clutch plate has loosened. So it drives really slow at high rpm. I need to take the engine out to get at it. :\

That's why I went electric for my second truck. They don't require nearly as much maintenance. Plus Nitro is insanely dirty since the oil doesn't burn during combustion. Noisy too. I need to find a good construction site or BMX park to boot the savage around in. The electric is just grab and go.

Two of the RC cars I've 'modified'. The second isn't really an RC car anymore, it was controlled with an IFI robot controller. Both used victor speed controllers and 14.4v 550-series motors.
