It is nice and first thing I did was get it updated.

So I find it isn't 100% and I am currently visiting sites that have tons of
ads in them so I can just start getting their hosting location to block them.

Anyone else use AdTrap?

Will try their forums for other questions.
 
The combination Adblock Plus and Ghostery works better and available Free for Chrome, Chromium, Opera, and Firefox.
