Used to like watching the 49ers back in the day of Montana and Rice. Not so much after that though.
What about the years when the winner of the cowboys/49ers conference championship was guaranteed to win the superbowl?

It's a pity the gold rush didn't happen 20 years later. I could snicker endlessly at the San Francisco 69ers.

I am jealous. My family has had season tickets since 1946. I started going to games at 7 years old and went to all but one game 1979-1986. I live too far away now and only get to one game every couple years or so.

Last year, through a friend of a friend, I got pre-game field passes for my son, father, bro-in-law and me:

Looks like you squeezed half of Rob Ryan into the picture as well.

Is it cool if I jump from the Lions bandwagon and onto the Niners bandwagon as it passes by, or is it too late?

haha.

God damn, that leaky secondary is still there. Good win, but they still have to fix that.

Eddie's sister getting ownership ruined the once-proud 49ers team.

<---- bitter 49ers fan.
True.
But I've always been a 9er fan and I always will be. Through the good and bad. One thing I can not stand is a "fair weather" fan.

49ers fan since the early 80's when I was just a snot nosed kid. Came up through the days of Montana, Rice, Craig and company, and right through Young, Owens, and Jones.

Hope they continue what they've started, glad to be back in the win column.

Just got back from the game.. Great win and the crowd was going crazy albeit stupid at times! Hope it showed through on TV. A pet peeve of mine is cheering when the 49ers are on offense, so I loved the "Quiet. Offense Working" thing on the main jumbotrons.

Yeah, we do have some retarded fans... but it was definitely rocking as far as I could tell on TV!

I'm jealous.

I've always wanted to go to candlestick park for a 9ers game

I stopped watching NFL football . I take it they won . Befor season started I picked Lions but that all changed today . Howed they do . Some smart ass from michigan. Shot off his mouth today . Lions haven't a chance of even making playoffs now . As the circle will not be broken
