I recently applied for a Citibank Student Rewards card. I was approved and told to expect my card in the mail in 7-10 days. Well, that was 2 weeks ago. I can't get hold of citibank because I can't find their number (their website won't work in IE or FF). What should I do?

I don't know if it applies to anyone else, but Citibank has a habit of sending my mail (be it statement, cc renewals, cc replacements, notices, etc.) late. I usually have to call and see what happened. I have them re-send the piece of mail. Then after 2 weeks or later I get the orginal piece of mail I was looking for.

It always happens to me, but yeah, go ahead a make the toll free call and find out what happens. Just to be sure of no mail fraud.
