So I am thinking of getting a new monitor

I keep seeing Hot Deal for Dell monitors, and was wondering which one(s) are worth getting. I want to get a flat panel at least 17" that can handle playing games.

Any recommendations?

What's your budget? The 1900FP is a rebagded Samsung 191T, which is an awesome monitor. the 1800 is an LG, not quite as good as the 1900, but still quality. 3 week back order sucks, though.

Personally I have a 19" Planar CT1904Z, VERY happy with it. A bit on the pricey side, though.

imo, wait till another dell lcd deal. pick up a 1800FP or a 2000FP depending on how much money you have to throw around
