Well, I was going to do a sous vide burger, but I'm in the mood for Indian, and since my Indian food kung fu is weak, I think I'm going to have to get some take-out for research purposes

I just tried samosa chaat for the first time, as a veg appetizer. It was so good that it ruined the whole meal for me...literally had no room when the plates came lol, and didn't even care because it was so dang good. It was like...an Indian version chili, but with chickpeas for the beans. Almost sweet but then spicy. Ours was almost baked like a pot pie as well, with some type of crust just under everything. Really amazing.
