lotto? NEVER...hehehe

edit: what are the chances again of winning? The first time I ever bought a lotto tix and the last time was in Texas. I never bothered to check the numbers immediately, but later, I found out I did get 4/6 numbers right.

My old man (well, he's 50 i'm 16) won the lotto or got 5/6 or whatever, i'm not too familiar with lotto stuff and picked up around 250,000-300,000$ in 1988. That has nothign to do with anything but I just thought I'd share it with you... I still drag the picture out with the really really big check on it once in awhile hehe

All 5 of 5 and MEGA: 1:42,416,353
All 5 of 5 1:1,592,937
etc

What's lame is that they introduced this MEGA number, which hurts your odds (as you can see) of winning by getting all the numbers...now you have to get all the numbers AND get the correct number in the MEGA number space...

But, since I choose "cash value", you only get 40-50% of the advertised total, then after taxes...my my my, only would be left with like $30 mil... :p

The odds of winning are about the same whether you buy a ticket or not!
