The intro to the first song is definitely the best thing on the cd. I hear some Final Fantasy battle music in there.

The only good thing about the music is their guitar players, the singer ruins the band IMO.

Waking the Fallen is a better overall CD by A7X imo... but City of Evil is right up there! It's definately more radio friendly and has some catchy songs. The guitar work as always is insane. I wish that Shadows still screamed a bit, but the bastard had his vocal cords worked on when he busted em a while back.

Yeah, it's a shame really. I Won't See You Tonight part 1 and Second Heartbeat are so much better than anything on City of Evil. They seemed to have changed more than just their singing with City of Evil.
