So how does jury duty work..

I'm scheduled for it on Monday, have to call this weekend to see if I have to go or not.

However I'm supposed to be back at school in about a week, so will that automatically enable me to get out of it?

and you can't get out of it. You can request to be put on at a later date.

Once you show up you will either be put in a room for jury selection or sent home until the next day.

if you go in and throw a spider at the judge you will get out of it

otherwise just tell them you are in school and you will most likely get out of it

yeah you eventually have to do it i think, they just schedule you for a later date.

But you get paid for it
