Kava Kava and Valerian Root. Not the $h!tty pill version, but the actual root that you can boil in water to make tea. Wonderful sleeping aid, better than any prescription I have ever tried.

No problem. I've had sleeping problem since I was about 13, none of the medicine the doctors precribed helped, so I went to my aunt, who's a herbal specialist (or something like that), and that's what she recommended. It should work for you, just be prepared for some trippy dreams .
