So how do I use this little input box that came with my eVGA 7800GT?

My recently purchased eVGA 7800GT came with a breakout box that hooks into the s-video port on the back of the card. It has composite, svideo, and component inputs, as well as an svideo throughput. I'm aware these are here to possibly capture video onto my comp, but I see no specific program or anything in the drivers to enable this.

So how do I take advantage of this? Should the thing be recognized by supporting programs? Are there any extra drivers I need to download to get it to work?
