 I'm not too big of a Yankees fan, but I find that Red Sox fans are louder losers.

He really did... Why wasn't he going to his fastball at the end there? Jesus, if the Sox lose this game, A-hole Yankee fans are gonna have a field day :(...

The Yank's were 8 1/2 up before this series began. Where have you been since the end of April? We're already having a field day.

I'm an a-hole yankee fan you're speaking about and I'm not going to have a field day if we win. I realize there're 162 games in the season and a win is a win, regardless of who you beat. It's usually the redsox fans who gloat after they beat the yanks.

Anyways, schill didnt have anything on his fastball, it was topping out at 93. Doesn't he usually throw in the high 90s? Wonder if the ankle is troubling him.

I heard that the Yankees are going to go ahead and sign the rest of the American League to their roster....

God baseball needs a salary cap..

That is true, but you know you're satisfied knowing your number 4 beat our number 2 at Fenway ><... This is a game the Sox are SUPPOSED to win. Jesus, the Red Sox can't buy a fricking win these days. A win's a win, but it's frustrating when your team is getting lineouts while the opposition is getting hits on ground balls. That's the way luck has been going lately.

Did they show it on Channel 2 ? (CBS)
We NY/NJ/CT fans could care less whether Schilling cries :)

What I found really humorous was Pedros look on his face.

I got mad respect for Schilling. Can't say the same about Pedro.

Can anyone give a truly accurate analysis for the red sox losing? I blame terry franconea (sp?), he's always making decisions way too late or doing risky plays.

I really don't like him, for once reason. He's a "player's manager," and naturally players like him, but he needs to toughen up. Sometimes it seems like the Sox just don't have their collective heart in the game. I think a more strict, loud, etc. manager would help with that.

That, too. I love Schilling... Not only does he give the game his all, but he's also apparently a big PC gamer :)...

He's also a Lou Gehrig fan. He posts on Red Sox and Yankees message boards under alias gehrig38 :)

They came from behind to take the win.
They won by 1 but a win is a win.

This is nothing to what the boston fans post up.

They've had that since Pedro took some time off before the All-Star break last week. I like it; it shows some sense of team unity, IMO.
