Also, I dont know if you've ever hung around the next morning (or she's hung around the next morning) but they can get dressed darn fast if they want.

But for a night out it takes them a while with the cute undies and complicated bras and garters and stockings and jewlery and hair and make-up and most nice dresses take a lot of effort to wiggle into.
I only watched a girl do all that once. And only because she was super hot and I was mystified by her.
