I'll be getting these cpu's along with A7n8x Delx and 8rda+ but couldn't decide on memory.

there are so many out there.

one person has recommended Twinmos but still can't make up my mind between HyperX.....

I'm noob to O'C but want decent memory for good price under $50

You experts recommend typical one from your experience?

thanks

How much memory do you expect for $50? I like Crucial, but it may not be the best for extreme overclcoking.

I actually just made these decisions this week.
I went with the Asus A7N8X Deluxe
and a Kingston Hyper X PC3000 512 Chip
then an XP2100 0301 stepping.
Wish me luck !!!

If you can afford it go with the Corsair... it'll probably give you the least problems even though i think its overpriced. The HyperX or TwinMOS stuff is probably the best price/performance bargain... some HyperX sticks are rated the same as Corsair for half the price. I went with Crucial because I'm a poor boy. :(

I have (2) sticks of PC3500 HyperX running stable @2.0-2-2-6 205MHz FSB, but I had to up the voltage to 1.77 to do it. Would not work at those timmings and 1.63volts (epox 8RDA).

prices are pretty similar for the 512mb pc3200s now. i've been having a really hard time deciding what to get. googlegear has hyperx 3200 (rated 2,2,2,6) for $113, corsair xms3200c2 for $114, and i've found twinmos/winbond for $115. i've even found hyperx 3500 for $109! at outpost.com. i'm so tempted to try the hyperx, but i'm not sure about how good the chips are. i currently have xms3200c2, but maybe i didn't get a good stick, since it needs alot of voltage to run aggressive timings. i'm leaning towards the twinmos though, since nobody's had anything bad to say about it. but then again, these are more $$ than what moonpie was looking for.

i got all shipped
8rda+ (newegg $100)
2100+ 0306 (googlegear $87)
512mb pc3000 (googlegear $84)
sk-7+ys adjustable (svc $27)

For about 300 my system it insane. (have 9700np at 9700pro speeds)
you can oc the hell out of the 2100+. With that memory and proc, i was at 2700+ speeds on air instanly and rock solid. Spend a little extra for the pc3000 512mb and you wont be disappointed
