So.... good shoot?

Again, all the poor scared nurse and her petrified children have to say is that he was threatening them all and they feared for their lives by this crazed, armed, pseudocop... Since he has a history of this before it wouldn't be too far a of a stretch...

Sure.

Throw a fetus outside and see if it survives.
Throw a newborn infant outside and see if it survives.
So are you going to cut the woman open to get the fetus out? THAT would be murder. Are you going to rip the infant from its parents arms to throw it out? Wait... Are you a cultist? Because if so then yes you would gleefully tear an infant from its parents arms and throw it out.

It's their job to keep people orderly. The murderer was not being orderly given that he was armed while confronting someone you piece of shit. Who gives a fu*k if the authorities don't want it reported. If taking handicap parking spots has become so egregious it's lethal the authorities better start fu*king caring. How are you this much of a piece of shit?
You fail miserably at arguing.

You have no idea who started shouting. I have a good intuition on the matter though. The only reason I don't politely call-out shitheads who do stuff like that is because I know their reaction will always be loud and indignant, no matter how polite I try to be.

I'm not doing anything. You just gave a shitty reasoning.

This is so wrong. The authorities don't even want you to report shit like a person parked in a handicap space. Someone needs to tell them that shameful behavior doesn't go unnoticed. If they become self concious, they are less likely to keep doing it.
Dude, plain and simple he was spoiling for a fight he knew he would have the last hand in, he had already threatened to kill another patron a month earlier. Thing is even handi-marts have to have handicap access but that spot is not even closest to the front door. Different story if a disabled person had to park at the back of a huge Wal-mart because some douche was taking the spot illegally. Here it's close to meaningless and a technicality at best.

LOL! You bring depraved thinking (your "intuition" I presume?) to the debate. That makes you just and only an asshole.

. Someone needs to tell them that shameful behavior doesn't go unnoticed. If they become self concious, they are less likely to keep doing it.

Such people typically have no shame to begin with, so someone trying to make them aware not only results in not changing their behavior, but usually results in a backlash against the person who is trying.

So in this even after her boyfriend is dead, the woman lies and says she parked in the handicap spot because there was no other spot available (as if even that would have made it right). But here take a lot. This is the the time when the boyfriend went in

So in all this hullabaloo, no media outlet or anybody has asked the question. A person who doesn't even have the decency to not park in the handicap spot because it would take a few more seconds of this effort of pressing the gas medal and turning the steering wheel, and who then has the audacity to lie about it - what are the chances of her being a good mother, statistically speaking? Why this question has not been asked? Because it doesn't sell. That is why.

Florida State Law on punishment for parking in a handicap spot.
The officer or specialist shall charge the operator or other person in charge of the vehicle in violation with a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable as provided in s. 316.008(4) or s. 318.18(6)

Hear that everyone. Noah insinuates if you get a traffic violation you aren’t a good parent. Everyone of you.

I wasn't talking in the sense of what kind of legal traffic violation it is. I was trying to make a broader point. Almost all the ways in which people are garbage parents are perfectly legal.

He's attacking the victims. "She deserved to have her husband blown away in front of her because she parked in a handicap zone." or some such bullshit. "They weren't good people, anyway."

Blah-blah.

So someone else creates a meaning out of what I said based on what they want to believe. I can’t stop you from doing that.

I have already made my views clear about the guy who did the shooting. About the self hatred such guys carry and how they feel so strong with their guns. In fact it was in response to a post from you

It’s not only about proximity. It’s also about having room on the sides for deploying a lift and a ramp to roll up onto the curb.

It hasn't been asked because it's an astronomically stupid fu*king question you moron.

Though we're all clear on the likelihood of you being a good parent if you have children.

I've only seen the video linked in the OP.

The handicap space has a marked-off area for unloading a wheelchair and a ramp up onto the walkway. It is not about proximity to the entrance.

It is the most important question actually. Because the woman who parked in the handicap spot and then lied about it was raised in such way by her parents. And she is continuing the cycle - a small example being parking in the handicap spot with her kids in the car, showing them by example. The shooter no doubt would have his own generational reasons. Our society looks at things at such superficial level, that is what is stupid.

Also these slurs that you constantly throw around on this forum doesn't say anything about the person to whom they are directed towards, but say a lot about you. And I am saying this not to put you down, but for you to have a bit of self introspection.

I know, my wife is handicapped, if we stop at a convince store I just go in. I've never seen them used at this type of store though, grocery + retail yes, all the time, and I'd be angry if someone took a spot without a placard. A mini-mart, not so much, the guy could have pointed it out and just moved on but since he had the gun, (and was itching to use it) he continued to berate the woman.

This may be an assumption. I’ve confronted people over throwing out their cigarettes many times and I was not armed. It often results in them getting angry and shouting at me.

I imagine the kind who do these things live like pigs at their homes too.
