Now what motherboard should i use with that set-up and will it all overclock well, as this is a gaming pc :D

Also should i will i beable to run BF2 well on full settings? if not what should i change!

You should really mention that that's not US currency. I'm sure John, like myself, was wondering what's up with the F'd up prices. Until I took a close look at your link I couldn't understand why the prices were so rediculous.
AMD doesn't use DDR2 yet... You don't list the MB, which is no small factor in overclocking. You'll also want a better PSU, there are threads all over the place on quality PSUs. What's the response time on the LCD? Lots of people will tell you to dump the 3800+ for an Opteron.

I'd lose the philips LCD and go with a samsung. I'd also go with Corsair Value RAM 1GB(512x2) than kingston.

i want to get 1 gig stick atm so later i can buy another stick, instead of having to buy 2 1 gig stickes later! and whats wrong with phillips?
