I had a half buyer in california email me telling me that he didn't get his package so I punched in the USPS Delivery Conformation No

I got

March 31st is the day I mailed the package out.


Is there any hope?

Did a disgruntled Postal worker steal it?

ps. It was an xbox360 game :(

pps. Another game I shipped (to a different coast) at the same time arrived safe

I think that means that it was accepted for mailing on that date. Is that the date that YOU mailed it out?

Call the carrier and ask THEM what happened to it. And...I hope you had it insured just in case.

Seems to me then that the carrier is responsible. DEFINATELY call the carrier and have them investigate! Once they accepted it from YOU...it became THEIR responsibility.

USPS tracking is pretty slow, sometimes it doesn't get updated after acceptance until after the person gets it. However, it's been a long time and you should probably call them up.

How did you ship it ? Media Mail or Parcel Post ? Then expect to wait upto one month. Sometimes even first class and Priority get misrouted and take a few weeks. I had a priority Mail envelope that came to me after ~2 months of posting.
