Depends on the memory divider. Having a faster HTT is better if your memory is 1:1 but that is all something that an overclocker spends many hours tinkering with to determine their best clocks and HTT etc.

if the cpu and memory speeds are the same, it the difference in performance would be almost nothing. i would say that the higher htt would be better though.
