Sure do.

I drill a couple of holes to mount the pump.

My case holds up to a BIX3 or Thermochill 3 rad with no mods at all.

I drill into the case to add functionality. In the past, I did it to add fans in poorly engineered cases. Now that I've got well-made things (Antec 3700AMB's), I drilled into them to add handles on top, and to replace the plastic fan clips, which actually caused more noise than they were supposed to prevent. As I'm going to college either this fall or next spring, and probably living in a dorm or shared apartment, I may be equipping my case with some sort of padlock to prevent internal tampering - sure you can password protect the BIOS, but it can be convinced to let anyone in if the BIOS Reset Jumper is used.

I cut what needs cut and drill what needs drilled - no big whoop...

Measure twice, cut once. That's the builder's golden rule.

OMG! DON'T SAY YOU DO THAT IS FREAKY FREAKY!

If you need a template just use a cd coaster, that's good for a 120mm fan. ;)

Nope, too scared at the idea of screwing it up. I got my case cut by the VAR I bought it from. I've seem some user mods in progress that indicate a great deal of skill out there though.

What is scary is using the sawsall LOL I have a 18v dewalt that cuts like butter and if you don't watch out well you can have one heck of a weight reduction kit...
