I've noticed it too. It's all part of the fattening of America. We on a whole are getting fat and this is just a natural transition. Girls think "Well, I look just like all my friends, so I won't be different. I'll just let it hang out and no one will notice cuz I'm just like everyone else!" Unfortunately that isn't the case with women. For men, yes that is the way it goes generally as men are more accepted in our world for being overweight and out shape.
