I eat Chinese sausage 🙂 (red sausages that they sometimes put in fried rice)...

I get breakfast sausages maybe once or twice a year, and brats maybe once a year.

Most people don't eat Dogs or Cats. I put pigs in that same category.

I would kill to get my hands on some real italian sausage, that's my favorite and it's just not available here where I live. I went to an italian deli one time here and bought some and it ended up being just regular sausage, not with the real italian spices. 🙁
