an used moto droid??? look like nobody is not happy with Droid

A used moto droid??? looks like no one out there is unhappy with their droid. (sarcasm)

In otherwords, this worthless specimen of an Iphone fanboy found 1 person unhappy enough to sell their droid on the used market and has erected an alter to worship his beloved Iphone when he should have spent more time in engrish studies instead.

nice. Actually, I think the originally owner took advantage of the buy one get one offer. Selling the second Droid to offset the original cost and then some

I think the physical keyboard sucks on the Droid (owner here, first smart phone though, so no ties to physical or SW keyboards). There's no spacing between the keys and they're small (big hands here). A gamer version with a d-pad and some buttons or just an empty space for a cleaning cloth would have been better use of the space to me.

Swype is fantastic though and makes typing a breeze, almost fun.

If you are considering the Droid, I suggest going to a Verizon store to try out the keyboard.

Thanks for the info, big hands here too. Check out my thread if you have any other useful info on these phones, please, thanks.

I have chunky fingers. It's not the greatest, but there are times when it is nice to have the extra screen real estate. And with practice, I've gotten better at using it. One could argue that it shouldn't require practice in the first place.

Speaking from the viewpoint of a guy in Houston, TX, you can't go wrong with Verizon. I was on Verizon for a year before switching to AT&T for (yep you guessed it) the iPhone. Now that I'm on AT&T, I get at least 1 dropped call a day and I probably average 2 or 3. Of course that may be due to the fact that I use my cell phone ALOT. Probably like 70 or 80 calls a day. I am getting ready to switch back to Verizon but I'm waiting on the Nexus One. I dont care what the other guys in thread are telling you. When you put the droid and the nexus side by side, the Nexus is a superior phone, period. The one advantage the Droid has is a physical keyboard. I prefer software keyboards (iPhone) but that's just me. Good luck dude.
