Why wait? If something is wrong with any of the components, you'll want to find out early.

Id build it now to find any broken parts (if there are any) and install windows on whatever you have, then re-OS on the SSD.

:thumbsup: You can definitely install the OS on some random HDD to see if the other parts in. Don't put a product key into the Windows install so that it's essentially disposable.

Built the computer last night. Everything seems to be working 🙂

Messed around with the uefi bios and booted with asus 4.6 oc profile. Folded @ 100% for the night with temps around 80c (with a delta of 5c between cores).

Does that mean its stable at 4.6?

There's really no such thing as "stable", only "stable enough for me". 100% CPU utilization for ~8 hours would be stable enough for me.
