So.. Chrome (and other browsers) can only translate to English?

What if I need to translate to a different language? The best I've found is this thing:

http://www.microsofttranslator.com/

You put in a url and it translates any language to any other language.

But is there a browser, extension or app that does this automatically for all websites, like Chrome's 'auto-translate to English' feature?

I don't think they're translating to English, but are translating to the preferred language you have specified in the settings. Change that, and you'll get a different translate option. There may be an addon that does what you want, or you could modify one to do what you want.

I do not think the browser is doing the translation. Instead, the browser is loading somebody else's translation page and inputting the url.

So for Microsoft's translation, it would be like this:

http://www.microsofttranslator.com/...y.php?s=6c3f7c54ebc0577256013cbf18f46d21&f=10

Problem with this method is that it is slow and does not work with all pages. You did not say what language but since this forum is in English, folks here might not know of any solution because they never needed it.
